Creating an Account

Without an account all you can do is browse.
     Your account is a private area that no one else can access.

To create an account: Click on 'Register' in the top right hand banner.
     Enter your information and then: Click on 'Create Account'.
     Your 'Email address' will be your 'Account Name'.

Upon successful creation of an account you will be notified by Email.

Creating an Ad

You can create new Ads by:
     Clicking on the 'Place an Ad' phrase in the Main Banner.
                or
     From 'Manage My Ads' > 'Place New Ad'

You do not have to add pictures immediately, that can be done later.
Once you are happy with your Ad - Activate it.

Activating your Ads

You can activate them by going to:
'Manage My Ads' > (Sign in) > 'Select Ads to Activate/Deactivate' >Submit Request.
Then select the Ad you want to activate from the drop down box and click on the 'Select Ad' button.

Then click on the:
      'Use Promo Code' button (if you have a coupon)
                or
     Select an 'Ad Duration' (1 Month or 3 Months) and click on the 'Pay Now' button.
          One Month Ads are $4.00.
          Three Month Ads are $9.00.

Allow up to 24 hours for your Ad to be activated and added to the Browse List.

There is a 'Return to Kya's Corner' on the PayPal site which will activate the Ad immediately, but it is hard to see. We are working with PayPal on this issue.

Large number of Ads being submitted

If you have a large number of Ads to activate, Email us so we can create a single payment through paypal.
This will save you the time and effort of entering the Paypal information multiple times.

Pictures

You can upload 5 pictures per Ad.
     We can present JPEGs or BMPs. The BMPs will be converted to JPEGS prior to saving them to the database.

Picture #1 is the main picture presented in the browse list.
     Pictures 2 -5 appear as thumbnails, but when clicked on will be displayed in original size.
     The thumbnails allow you to show additional details associated with your Ad.

If you want to replace a picture, no problem, just overwrite it.
     Click on 'Manage Accounts/Ads' > 'Upload Pictures for your Ads'.
